Hired AccuTour for Drone Video and stock photo project. From the very beginning they were immediately responsive to my request for information and not pushy at getting me to commit to anything right away. I researched several other options - some of which never responded - another that wanted me to work with a separate drone operator and a separate video guy and then a third editor! Let me start of by saying that I feel like 5 stars just aren't enough to rate how truly impressed I was by not only Accu Tours product but by their service. I am a newer Real estate agent (6 months) and I usually work with buyers. I got my first listing and was referred to Accu Tour by my mentor. I called Chris Granston to make an appointment for a scan and was able to get an appointment right away which was great. The day of our appointment he not only showed up on time but took his time to answer all of my questions about the process. After the scan was done he promised that I would have the finished product in my email inbox by the next afternoon. Once I got the email the next afternoon as promised I called him because I wanted a few changes made and to my surprise he made them within minutes of my request. I cannot express how happy I am with his attentiveness to my needs and time frame. My clients were so thrilled with the scan that they referred two friends to me who's house I will also be listing soon. I now use there service in my pre listing appointments and I have yet to not get a contract. Not only has their service and product helped my grow my business and become a thriving listing agent but Chris continues to provide me and my clients with great customer service and product. Visual materials are critically important for a listing's success: high-res, beautiful pictures attract more attention to your property and multiply amount of inquiries tremendously.
