In today’s world we are surrounded by technology.  It’s all around us from the time we get up in the morning to the time we go to sleep at night, and everywhere in between.  In today’s sales markets you can’t help but be driven by the use of technology.  It seems the more innovative you are, the smarter you appear to those around you. While this is absolutely true, if you have a difficult time embracing change in this world, it may be very tough for you but it’s going to happen, regardless.  In businesses like Real Estate, you have to constantly keep up with what’s cutting edge or you may look like the guy or gal with” VCR Syndrome”.  Ask yourself this question, “What’s their perception with the tools I’m using to accomplish their needs”.

In today’s world, 81% of CEO’s see mobile technologies as being strategically important to their organizations. It’s amazing that there are still as many people not understanding this concept when everyone has their heads stuck in a mobile phone. By paying attention to what the ‘Big Dogs’ are talking about, you’ll be ahead of the game.

There have been many forms of technology, apps, software, even cell phones that have gone through change, the point is to welcome it, not be afraid of it.  Some things may work, while others may not or at least they may not for you. Turn around and look behind to see what the results were.

By positioning yourself as a leader and at the forefront of your industry, you’ll build trust with your clients.  It’s almost as a form of ‘insurance’ that the client is getting what they pay for.  Your clients don’t want Fred Flintstone; they want the head of Microsoft or Cisco to lead them to a solution.  If you’re not the decision maker for those companies, at least follow their lead by being a leader in your own vertical and watch what a difference it makes.

The CEO’s of today are more apt to go back to the basics with a core focus on their customers.  They focus on what their company can do better than anyone else when it comes to filling the void that their clients have.  They present solutions in a quick and easy to understand matter.  Technology that is aligned with such perspective is bound to have a higher result.
