While our cinematic videos provide a beautiful, curated look at a property, a 3D Virtual Tour offers total interactivity. In a video, the viewer follows a fixed path; in a 3D Tour, they are in the pilot’s seat. They can choose exactly where to walk, move between floors, and spend as much time as they like in specific rooms—creating an experience that feels as close to an in-person showing as possible.
Matterport is the gold standard for 3D capture. It uses infrared sensors to map the dimensions of a room, creating a “digital twin.” This allows us to offer unique features like the Dollhouse View, which lets buyers see the entire layout of a property at once.
Yes! We provide professional aerial photography and videography. This is essential for showcasing large estates, waterfront properties, and the surrounding neighborhood or amenities.
Absolutely. We can generate highly accurate 2D and 3D schematic floor plans directly from our scan data, helping buyers understand the flow and dimensions of the home.
Yes. If a home is empty, we can virtually “furnish” the still photos to help buyers visualize the potential of every room without the massive cost of physical staging.
Think of it as a 24/7 Open House. The property should be clean, decluttered, and well-lit. We recommend moving vehicles from the driveway and hiding personal items like family photos or pet bowls to ensure a clean, professional look.
It isn’t necessary. As long as our team has access to a photoshoot ready property, we can handle the rest! Many agents find it more efficient to let our specialists work solo to ensure every angle is captured perfectly.
For a standard residential home, a full media session (photos and 3D scan) usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours. Larger estates or yachts may require more time.
South Florida weather can be unpredictable! We never charge a re-schedule fee if we encounter inclement weather. If it’s raining, we can often complete the interior shots and return for the exterior and drone work at no extra cost once the sun comes out.
We guarantee 48 hour delivery on Photos and 3D Tours- however, we know real estate moves fast so we typically strive to deliver your HD photography and 3D Virtual Tours within 24 hours.
Yes. We provide both branded and unbranded links that are fully compatible with MLS platforms, Zillow, Realtor.com, and social media.
