Question 1

What is AccuTour?

Accepted Answer

Founded by two former real estate professionals, AccuTour was born from a need for better property marketing. We provide a full suite of high-end media services—including 3D Virtual Tours, HDR photography, cinematic video, and aerial drone footage—designed to make listings stand out and sell faster.

Question 2

Why should I choose AccuTour over a traditional photographer?

Accepted Answer

We offer more than just pictures. We provide an immersive marketing toolkit. Because our founders understand the real estate market, our media is specifically engineered to drive engagement, provide spatial transparency, and capture the emotional 'vibe' of a property.

Question 3

What types of properties do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

Our expertise spans Residential Real Estate, Luxury Estates, Commercial Businesses, Retail Spaces, and Luxury Yachts.

Question 4

How is a 3D Virtual Tour different from a standard video walkthrough?

Accepted Answer

While our cinematic videos provide a beautiful, curated look at a property, a 3D Virtual Tour offers total interactivity. In a video, the viewer follows a fixed path; in a 3D Tour, they are in the pilot's seat. They can choose exactly where to walk, move between floors, and spend as much time as they like in specific rooms.

Question 5

Do you offer aerial drone services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide professional aerial photography and videography. This is essential for showcasing large estates, waterfront properties, and the surrounding neighborhood or amenities.

Question 6

How should I prepare the property for a shoot?

Accepted Answer

The property should be clean, decluttered, and well-lit. We recommend moving vehicles from the driveway and hiding personal items like family photos or pet bowls to ensure a clean, professional look.

Question 7

How long does a typical shoot take?

Accepted Answer

For a standard residential home, a full media session (photos and 3D scan) usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours. Larger estates or yachts may require more time.

Question 8

What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

Accepted Answer

We never charge a re-schedule fee if we encounter inclement weather. If it's raining, we can often complete the interior shots and return for the exterior and drone work at no extra cost once the sun comes out.

Question 9

What is your turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

We guarantee 48 hour delivery on Photos and 3D Tours, however we know real estate moves fast so we typically strive to deliver HD photography and 3D Virtual Tours within 24 hours.

Question 10

How much does an AccuTour package cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the square footage of the property and the services bundled. Competitive packages are offered for every listing size. Contact AccuTour or call 954-281-2137 for the latest pricing.

Question 11

How do I book a session?

Accepted Answer

Booking can be done through the online booking portal or by calling AccuTour directly at 954-281-2137 to schedule the next shoot.
